Serbia has not handed over it’s war criminals to the Hague Tribunal, it has not paid Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, or Kosovo any war reparations for all of the destruction and devastation it (the JNA, and ‘irregulars’ like the Serbian White Eagles commanded by Belgrade), inflicted upon these republics, it has not released information about the more than 1,000 persons captured and still missing from these wars of Serb aggression, it will not allow Vojvodina the same independence as Kosovo has secured, and it still has territorial ambitions on these two provinces.
So, based on this, why should it be allowed to enter the EU?
